Where does a card photo go?
You choose how it is read
Before the first AI read, the app asks whether card photos may go to Google Gemini. You can choose on-device reading only.
It is read
If you allow it, the photo goes over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes it to Google Gemini to read the card.
You check and save
You correct the fields on the Create Lead screen, then save the lead.
It stays private
The photo is stored with the lead as a private file, for signed-in members of your business only.
Is card data sent to Google Gemini, and is it used for training?
Only if you allow it. Before the first AI read, the app asks whether card photos may go to Google Gemini. If you choose on-device reading only, nothing is sent to Google for reading. We do not use card photos or lead details to train any AI model.

Where are card photos stored, and who can see them?
Card photos are uploaded to our server and stored with the lead as private files. Only signed-in members of the business they belong to can open them, never through a public link. Your phone also keeps a copy of your leads and the location of card photos so that the app can work offline.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Profile and choose Delete Account. Without the app, use the account deletion page on this website, or email us from your registered address. You are signed out everywhere and your details are erased. Billing records are kept for 72 months, as Indian GST law requires.
