How do you set up follow-up after an expo?

  1. Add templates to the source

    Each source can hold its own WhatsApp, email and SMS templates.

  2. Scan with that source active

    Every card you capture carries the source tag, so its templates are ready when you follow up.

  3. Open the lead and follow up

    Start the message, call or email from the lead. The app fills in the person's name.

Can I follow up on WhatsApp from the app?

Yes. Open a lead in the app and start a WhatsApp message, a call or an email from there. Each source can hold its own WhatsApp, email and SMS templates, and the app fills in the person's name. Follow up the same day without retyping a phone number from a card.

How do I tag leads by event or source?

Create a source for each expo, event or campaign, and choose it as the active source before you scan.
