One card, from photo to follow-up

A card front, card back, gallery photo or manual entry goes into one contact. AI reads the name, email, phone, company and source. The finished lead then syncs to ERPNext, opens a WhatsApp follow-up and is ready in Excel.

How do you scan a visiting card?

  1. Photograph the card

    Use the camera for the front, and for the back if it has details, or pick a photo from your gallery.

  2. Check what was read

    The fields appear on the Create Lead screen. Change anything before you save.

  3. Follow up

    Message or call from the lead, export to Excel, or send it to ERPNext.

How does the AI card scanner work?

You photograph the front of the card, and the back if it has details. With your permission, the photo goes over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes it to Google Gemini to read the card. The fields then appear on the Create Lead screen, where you can correct them before saving.

Which details does it read from a visiting card?

SigzenLEAD reads the name, company, phone numbers and email from the card and fills them in on the Create Lead screen for you to check. For the best result, hold the card flat, fill the frame, avoid glare, and scan the back of the card if it has details too.

Can it scan both sides of a card?

Yes. The app takes a photo of the front of the card, and of the back if you choose, with the camera or from your gallery. Scanning the back helps when a card carries details on both sides. The photos are uploaded to our server and kept with the lead as private files.

What if the AI reads a field wrong?

Correct it before you save. You see what was read on the Create Lead screen, and you can change any field there before the lead is saved. If a card reads badly, hold it flat, fill the frame, avoid glare, scan the back too if it has details, and try once more.

Is card data sent to Google Gemini, and is it used for training?

Only if you allow it. Before the first AI read, the app asks whether card photos may go to Google Gemini.

Does it work without internet at an exhibition?

Yes. If the phone has no signal, the app keeps your scan in Pending Sync, and it uploads when you are back online.
