Does it fit our version?
It needs Frappe 16 and ERPNext 16, and refuses to install without ERPNext.
Will installing it touch our data?
No. Installing or migrating creates, changes and deletes no existing Lead, Contact or Address.
Can it send our data out?
The connector only receives. It opens no outbound connection, adds no scheduled job and sends no email.
Will a retry create duplicates?
A lead sent twice is recognised and updated. Each lead is saved whole or not at all, and contact details your staff added are kept.
What if a delivery fails?
SigzenLEAD retries, and a manager can retry failed leads. Connector Log on your site shows each delivery and refusal, with the reason.
Who controls access?
You do. Every delivery needs both the API key and the connector token. Untick Enabled or disable the user, and deliveries stop at once.

What does the connector create in ERPNext?
A standard Lead, with its Contact and Address, in your normal ERPNext lists. Your sales team keeps working where it already works: each scanned card arrives next to the leads they already follow up, and the source you tagged it with, such as an expo, is filed on the Lead.
How do I get scanned cards into ERPNext?
Install the SigzenLEAD - Connector app on your ERPNext site, then connect it once from SigzenLEAD. The manager opens Profile, then ERPNext Settings, enters the site address and an ERPNext user, and saves. A user who is not a System Manager also needs an API key. After that, scanned leads are created in ERPNext automatically. Your plan must include the connector.

Which ERPNext versions does the connector work with?
The SigzenLEAD - Connector app works with Frappe 16 and ERPNext 16, and it needs ERPNext to install. It is the only part you add to your own ERPNext site. SigzenLEAD itself is a hosted service, so your sales team needs nothing more than the mobile app and a SigzenLEAD account.
Do I need ERPNext to use SigzenLEAD?
No. A team can scan cards, share one lead list, follow up and export to Excel in SigzenLEAD without any ERPNext at all. The connector is only for businesses that want the same leads created automatically in their own ERPNext. Other CRMs have no connector today, so use the Excel export for those.
