Connect ERPNext

Every card your team scans can arrive in your ERPNext Lead list by itself. You set this up once. You need ERPNext 16 and a plan that includes the connector.

  1. Add the connector to your ERPNext. It is a small app your IT person installs for you. It is not listed on the Frappe Marketplace yet. Send them this page

  2. Create a user for the connection. In ERPNext, add a separate user with the Sales User and Connector Integration roles. Don't use your own login. Details

  3. Connect from SigzenLEAD. On this website, open Connectors in your account. Enter your site's public address, that user and its password, save, and click Test Connection.

That's it. Scan a card, and within a few minutes the lead is in your ERPNext. If the user is not a System Manager, your IT person has a few more steps to finish. See them
